Marinated Tofu and Tomato

Ingredients 2 tbspn olive oil 1 2 garlic cloves, crushed 3 medium Flavorite tomatoes, diced 1/3 cup shredded basil or a pinch of dried basil 2tspns lemon juice 250g firm tofu, cubed in 1cm cubes tspn salt Mix all ingredients together.
