Mini Stuffed Sweet Cuties

Ingredients

2 punnets of Flavorite Sweet Cuties (snacking capsicums)

12 petals of garlic

Herb seasoned goat cheese

1 tbs honey

Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Step 2

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Step 3

Cut all the capsicums in half lengthwise and remove any seeds.

Step 4

Lay them cut-side-up on the baking sheet. Spoon the seasoned goat cheese into the centre of each capsicum half.

Step 5

Lightly drizzle the capsicum with honey, and sprinkle with salt if desired. You can also garnish them with fresh herbs if you like, but it's not necessary. Bake for 10 minutes, then serve warm.
